By using typeandme you agree to these terms. typeandme is operated by APLEDOT (Paju, Republic of Korea).
What this is
An entertainment product. The questionnaire is not a psychological assessment, a diagnosis, or advice, and no result should be used to hire, fire, admit, reject or evaluate anyone. MBTI is a third-party trademark; we are not affiliated with or certified by its owner, and our items are written independently.
MBTI trademark
MBTI is a trademark of The Myers-Briggs Company. typeandme is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by them. Our twenty items are written independently on the same four-axis self-report model, and no result here is an MBTI assessment.
Accounts
You don't need an account to take a test or to read and share a free result. You need one to see comparisons (pairs and groups), your friends' answers in "How others see me", and to buy a full report. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
What you pay for
The test, your type and your result's name are free. On some themes, the interpretation and detailed report (the full result) are paid and sold per theme. Prices are shown before payment and charged once. There are no subscriptions.
Payment
Payment is taken by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record; their terms apply to the transaction itself. Access is granted when their system confirms the order to us.
Refunds and withdrawal
Reports are delivered immediately, so EU/EEA/UK buyers expressly waive the 14-day withdrawal right at checkout. Otherwise, within 7 days of payment and before you have opened the full report, you get a full refund. If a technical problem keeps the report from being delivered, you get a refund whenever it happens. Ask through the link in your Lemon Squeezy order email or at support@typeandme.com. When a payment is refunded, the access it opened ends.
What you may not do
Resell or republish the reports, scrape the reference pages in bulk, or try to reach a paid report without paying for it.
Content
The questions, results, reports and illustrations belong to APLEDOT. Your own results are yours; sharing a result link shares it with anyone holding the link.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision taken on the basis of a result. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence are not affected.
